Complaint about poor service

The sales experience has been far less than satisfactory.

When you phone this company you end up speaking to a virtual agent/bot that can't even pronounce your name and does not even know where to transfer your call (aligned to the reason for my call).

Need a human being from the company to please contact me to discuss.
