Complaint

I never had a problem with 1st for women until I called in to update my banking details and debit did not go through and I called again to ensure that the debit order goes through which was done for the 1st of August . On the 27 august they debited me twice.... my issue I called on the 1st to let them know my debit order went through and they denied it . I then sent through an enaolnto the complaints email and was told an investigation would be done . I have followed up and still no response. To my surprise I have been debited twice. I emailed the proof of debit orders through to them .
