Complaint

So shocked how they handling my claim , this lady even dropped the phone whilst we were talking following up on a claim,regret changing to them💔💔💔….for a claim of R12000 I’m being asked to pay excess of R8400 even when I tell them I don’t have that kind of money they didn’t wanna help ,said I must make means of getting the excess ,which means for 3 years I’ve been paying for an insurance and when I need help they can’t assist,that means they only want to pay 3600 and I should pay 8400…
