Complain

The worst insurance company I've never come across. It's been a week and half and they are still processing my claim.i dnt even get any feedback from them.i keep on calling them and they just postponing the date for evaluation..How can they do this while we pay them on time? but they dnt deliver accordingly and their service is very bad..Do you know how stressful it is to use public transport while you have a car and you paying for insurance..? I regret why I left my car insurance I was using before you guys.mxm
