TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN... I khuthala Mzobe ID no : ********** 112082 African female residing at no: lot 11528 hammonds farm verulam 4339 ON 2018-01-18 at about 05:30 I was involved in a car accident while I was driving my white hyndui reg no :Nj 84974 due to shock my state of mind was so confused and my cellphone was left behind at home. While I was at the scene of accident I was assisted by .......towing service . On the very same day later when I came back from the doctor I called my insurance (first for women) and informed them about the matter and they took the details of the towing company and acknowledged the claim . I wasn't informed that the insurance will not cover the storage cost and the towing company charged R8500 for towing and storage my car. I'm writing this letter to report this matter as I feel it is unfair for me to pay the shortfall amount of R6500 because the insurance never acted on time and I believe if the insurance went to the towing company and towed the vehicle from their store yard to the insurance yard this matter wouldn't be a problem and financial stress to me as I still need to pay for amount of R12500 FOR INSURANCE access fees . I therefore report and request Hello Peter to intervene in this matter because the insurance consultant told me that I won't be assisted and if I don't pay the shortfall amount to the towing company my claim will not speed up so that statement to me it's so offensive and proves that Tellesure insurance group does this intentional as they know that I'm desperate for help and to get another vehicle.
