Complain

I took insurance with this company thinking is the best I got into an accident on the 26/08/2023 then they took my car to assessment after so many days of assessment they rejected my claim reason is regular driver not declared I am not happy what I want from them is to refund me all my premiums I will find the best insurance that will help me because I am the owner of this car I am the one paying for insurance so I don't understand the reason for decline I hope I get help ASAP as I am not happy at all the bad service from 1st for women I won't even recommend this insurance to anyone .after they took my car for assessment and they return it damage worse than before with some parts missing I am not happy at all I need all my premiums and the missing parts from my car
