Compassionate and Professional service from Millicent Ngwenya (1st for Women) and Ernest (Assessor)

I would like to personally thank and commend Millicent Ngwenya (Claims Consultant) at 1st For Women - my car was ****** last year on 31 October 2019 (it was recovered the same night but the front interior had been stripped). Millicent's professionalism, compassion, very prompt assistance and attention to detail has made a world of difference during a very stressful time (I finally got my repaired car back 6 weeks later, and Millicent also assisted me speedily when it seemed the police clearance certificate wasn't showing on eNatis when I went to renew my vehicle licence last week. I also need to thank Ernest, the assessor appointment by 1st for Woman, who I met with to assess the damage to my car at the Assessment Centre - his professionalism, attention to detail and empathy was also hugely appreciated, at a very traumatic time.
