Cold service

The person i spoke to was just cold, not willing to negotiate my premiums. Didn't even give me options. Just told me what he can reduce to and said that it nothing more. If I want I can get a quote elsewhere and I asked if he transfer to sister company he transferred me to the number that does not exist.
