Cold calls and unwanted use of private number for adds
I have been plagued with promotional SMS's and cold calls from companies including 1st for Woman, bypassing the POPI Act, by claiming I agreed to adverts by third parties on websites etc. I have not signed up with 1st for Woman for promotions and would like the company to advertise without jumping through legal loopholes to do so.
