Clients must be loyal to FFW but they wnt do the same

12 years of being a loyal client … I feel that they dnt need clients anymore …. they under promise … the worse is you speak to supervisor person in Charge he promises to call you back but dnt you have make calls to them timeously … I have never had a vehicle claim with them over these years and then when ever I buy a new vehicle their prices go sky high compared to other insurance companies ….I advise them as to why is such but again they dnt want to be helpful … cancelled 2 policies of mine this month with them and In the process of moving the others
