They rejected my claim then suddenly **** that i requested changes on my claim they further changed my claim from R3221 to R4010 but failing to explain how that happened.

Insurance is not paying out, taking long with your internal dispute, not even considering that i make a living with that car, I'm supporting my family with that car! Goingto week 3 since my accident and still stuck with my car not being fixed! You're in the business of taking people's money you don't care about customers.
