Claims

I’m so defeated by FFW.After a month of going back and forth with regards my car claim yesterday they finally paid the claim and there is a difference of R85 000 of which i sent them the settlement letter from the bank.The lady assisting me emailed saying it’s based on “issued documents received by our Salvage department”.The car was only 6 months it couldn’t have depreciated that much.When i took this car insurance i was sold dreams that they cover accidents now there is a shortfall and I don’t have that kind of money nor will my finance company pay.I’m so disappointed & frustrated.
