Claims department se gaaat‼️🤬

Claim for household contents was submitted on the 3rd of July and the claim was finalised by the 17th of July. The assessor then advised that he has requested funds and should reflect on my account after 2 business working days.

Today is the 23rd and I am calling the claims department to find out what should be the delay, the lady assisting me is telling me that funds are not yet cleared on their side and I should wait for 2 more additional days. How pathetic this situation is ‼️ I am so disappointed and disgusted by this insurance
