I submitted a claim for my portable possessions on the 29th after an incident i was involved in that resulted in losing my handbag.

No communication has been made to this date from 1st for women. Ive been calling to make a follow up on the claim, im always told that ill be called by my claims handler whom i dont even know. Today i tried calling again and was told that theres missing information (details of the things that were lost). I did not even get comminucation about such, not even an email, I had to call for the 5th time for them to tell me that theres missing information. I told the consultant that I did give those details when I made the claim including their prices. She dropped the call, for a moment I thought I ran out of minutes only to find out ky call was cut off and to make it worse, she ddnt even bother calling me back.

Im so dissapointed, i just got out of hospital and now I have to go through this with.
