Hi, this is by far the worst service i have ever received, submitted a claim plumbers were sent to check my geyser and they quoted over R15k and sent to insurance. To my surprise the very same plumbers called me and said 1st for women says they must send me the quote as i am apparently covered for call out fee only. Imagine what crazy business is this paying R474 per month only to be covered for only R150 call out fee. My insurance docs clearly states that covered for water heating system and devices attached to it. Why am i required to pay over R15k when i am paying my premiums monthly without a fail. Cherry on top: your consultant from claims department is on mute like no communication or whatsoever
