Claims complaint

I've never recieved such bad service in my life. I then lodged a complaint and I was told I would receive feedback within the next 48 hours. 48hours went by and I had to call to find out if there is any feedback. A senior consultant I was dealing with didn't even bother to introduce herself, I had to ask her for her name. She spoke as if she wasn't interested and i was wasting her time. She even mentioned that I wasn't even suppose to be receiving feedback. I'm done with first for women, what pathetic service!
