Good day
I’d like some assistance with a claim I submitted on Tuesday the 27th of February 2024. According to your app the turn around time is 24 hours and no one has contacted me , all I do is call the call center and get cut off or get through to be told someone will call me and nothing .
This is a terrible service that I am receiving from you.

Please note I have not yet been contacted by anyone regarding my claim. According to your self service app the claim takes about 24 hours and here I am going to 2 weeks with no communication. I have to be the one making calls and even taking you here and still no response.
