worst insurance company ever. one star is actually to good a rating for them. the worst at communication, the worst when trying to claim, good for nothing but to take your money. not worth the paper the policy was printed on. wrote of my car, collected it, still no payment, no car, useless

In order to assist me they will get back to me in 7 working days due to the fact that they didn't do the job correctly from the beginning and now that I am disputing the claim they have to start from scratch, still no car, still no payment. reporting the car ****** and contacting lawyers
