Claims

I was involved in car accident on the 15 of november i submitted a claim and they said i must do everything via the app so i did i don't receive any feedback on my claim when i call the will say i must check app on the 22 they called to offer me service plan which i was very angry about because they were quite regarding my claim so i told them and so i decide to take my vehicle for repairs myself coz i use it on daily bases when they called they said i don't give the time to investigate so claim is declined and i asked them what time i don't give Coz i was calling every day and they will say login to ur app so I'm very disappointed with them yet they debit every month
