Claims

Claims department is the worst. My vehicle broke down on Sunday. I use the app and they call me back in minute. On Monday morning I try to call them to know about repairs and how the claim proses will work. No one can help me the just put me through to the next person and the next until they just put the phone down in my ear. The normal customer service can tell me little but I need to talk to the claims department there they tell me I don't have any policy but customer care can see my policy and my cover. Please do yourself favor and don't go to 1st for Women there service is HORRIBLE the you want to clam.
