Can First for women please stop giving customers false hope. Lastweek I called regarding an extension for the Courtesy car that I got which is due back Sunday the 7th of October. My car will be on the panel beaters till 17th October. The lady I spoke to last week told me that it's possible for the period to be extended but only for a certain number of days and asked me to call again today just to be sure about when my car will be back. Today I call and I am told that it's not possible. First for women doesn't extend the period and the client has to pay for a new booking out of own pocket. Why wasn't I told this lastweek??? To actually make other arrangements. What other arrangements could I make now? I'm actually really not happy with this. Please be honest from the word go to allow your clients time to actually arrange alternatives. How am I going to get to work now there's absolutely no public transport where I stay. Not your problem right?!!!!
