To whom it my concern
We had a burglary at our house 2 days ago. I have put in a claim and Lorraine Malele was assigned to my case. I have been trying to get a hold of her via telephone and the 1st for women chat app to no avail. I feel that this type of service is unacceptable and what's even worse is that the claims manager is also not available.
