Claiming here is a nightmare. Never been so annoyed after paying them for so long

I would not recommend this **** of an insurance to anyone, especially for those whose vehicles are out of warranty. When you need to claim they send you from pillar to post. I was with them since 2018 and I’m essence I’ve been paying them for absolutely nothing. I claimed for my windscreen and now they tell me that they will not fit an original windscreen because I’m out of warranty. Those are details they never explain to you when you join , you get surprised when you claim. Bad customer service you wait for almost an hour on the line before getting assistance if they pick up they send you from one department to the other on that claims option.
