Claiming for a Phone for over a Month

i claimed for my phone with First for woman which hasnt been replaced since last month. last time i wrote to hello peter they wrote me an email promising to contact me which they never did. i have been calling and dealing with a guy by the name Justin who told me he was gonna be sending me list of devices that are covered under the amount which is half of what my device is worth but its been a week now he hasnt sent me the list.<br> i must say i am very dissapointed by the FFW insurance client Service. when you think you should go for an insurance that specialises and gives piece of mind to Woman only to be ****ed out of your money, inconvinienced and beeing stressed with no one from the policy giving a care of what you missig out in you life.<br>
