Claiming against First For Women 's client a nightmare

<p>On the 6/02/2017 one of my bike drivers was bumped by a lady who is insured with First for Women , everything was arranged with her insurance, as her insurance has to pay for damages, the matter was escalated to their other department telesure and the person whom i was assigned to was Jaya Rangasamy, i did send out all required Docs to them including the cost of parts from honda i got from my mechanic and a none claim letter from my insurance, now i got feedback from him telling me because the bike was an write off they will pay R5,655.00 as the value of my bike is R8600 less 30%, as he wont buy a new bike for me, my concern is, i did not and dont want him to buy a new bike for me as he thinks, all i want is my depreciated bike to be fixed by the insurance, i dont want any money from them, all i want is the bike fixed case closed. this matter is going round circles and now can't do this anymore, i don't know wheather i was supposed to be a woman to get my bike fixed up without all senceless stories.</p>
