Claim rejected on returned damage on your workmanship

So surprise surprise, the moment the insurance has to fix something and it is too expensive they just reject the claim, even if that work they hove to fix is their own workmanship :/. Well this claim is on work you did for 2 years ago that was not done correctly then. No the problem has come back again and now you don't want to repair the damage correctly and rather reject the claim. Well I cant see how you can reject the claim on your own workmanship, YOU DID THIS WORK and the problem is not fixed. So either come and fix your mess and do the work properly or I will have no option but to to put a laim against you for the damages caused by the work that you did half 2 years ago. How do you do work, then when the problem comes back go no you are not taking responsibly for it. Surely A, you should have never got involved or B, if you going to fix something make sure it is fixed. I cant see haw you can come post the fact after you touched it go, no we not fixing it anymore. We fixed it half the last time but we nat fixing it anymore! Surely you can see there is a prima facie case here because you now do not want to fix your own mess that is caused by the way you fixed the mess the last time...I am sorry but there is no pulling out half way here, either fix your mess or sit with the consequences of being involved and not wanting to ix your own workmanship... You where aware 2 years ago that the way you fixing it is just putting a plaster on the problem, I then put on record that you are now aware that if the problem omes back you will need to fix you work properly, well the problem has now come back and now you don't want to fix your workmanship...well I cant see any judicial body siding with you on this one your hand marks are already all over this, no one else did work there except you. can't see how you don't want to take responsibility for it now.
