Claim rejected and insurance canceled by 1st for women and malicious damages to my car.

I submitted a claim to 1st for women on the 15th March. And this how my claim was mishandled and i was accused of ***** without any proof. My car which was picked up by the insurance for an assessment was returned with major damages. I have sent copious amounts of emails to 1st for women and have not had any cooperation.
