Claim rejected

My son laptop got damaged , my claim was rejected as they told me that the damage is due to factory fault . Game also doesn't want to replace the laptop as it is out of warrantee .

When i tool my laptop i mentioned that it should be covered for anything however 1st for women reffered me to clause on page 4 and 5 which i don't have that clause on my documents . I have send them documentation that i have received and stipulated that the clause is not covered with no success
