Claim process

I submitted a claim on the 20th March 2026, assessments have been done and completed on my vehicle, my vehicle is sitting with 1st for women. They have made me drive to get the copy accident report which I provided, they are looking for reasons for not to pay my claim based on that they need proof that I have not had an interrupted cover from my other insurers which I provided as soon as I could but there is no feedback and there is no willingness to assist in any way. I am ready and willing to pay my excess but they are dont want to approve my claim. I will suggest that all women never deal with such insurer. The manager told me straight that my vehicle is expensive to fix.
