Claim Procedure!!!

I was in an accident on the 29/04/2023, a Driver rear ended into my vehicle whilst I was standing still at a stoplight.

This was my first accident ever, with my brand new car I bought 3 months ago, obviously I was shocked when it happened amd absolutely heart broken.

Because this is my new Car, I haven't been with 1st For Women for a long time, only 3 short months. Bear in mind I'm 22 years of age and we all know the stigma behind young Drivers when it comes to Insurance. I made it my mission to know my policy through and out when I decided to join 1st for Women.

I immediately phoned my road side assist to request a tow and to report my accident. 1st for Women provided me with Tow Authorization with 5 minutes, 10 minutes after my Tow Vehicle arrived to tow my Vehicle to the nearest assesment center.

I was immediately advised by 1st for Women where my vehicle is going and what the procedure thereafter would be. The 1st for Women Road Side Assist was super compassionate on the line making sure I'm okay and asking if any Medical Assistance was required, they also made sure I got home safely.

I opened my Accident Report at the Police Station the next day and proceeded to submit my Claim on the 1st for Women App, this was so easy and so convenient, giving me the piece of mind that my Claim was being attended to in a timely manner.

Communication is kept with you at all times and you can monitor the status of your claim via the App.

I was assigned an advisor, Miss Monica Mahlomotje, she handled my Claim with such integrity and checked in with me regularly, honesty could not ask for better service.

My Claim was settled within 4 days and my vehicle is currently at the repairer, 1st for Women arranged everything!

I'm currently waiting on the ETA of my repairs, but just had to share my wonderful experience regarding my Claim with 1st for Women.

Insurance can be scary and accidents even more so, especially when you are young and don't know how these things work.
