Claim policy

I'm Sinoxolo Gasa, would like to thank 1st for women for they're professionalism but i have a problem with regards to my claim which it was rejected. So i made a claim of a fridge which sometimes it's get warm and sometimes it's to cold so the food get off, and most of the times it's leaks there's water coming out. claim was processed and the they came to investigate the fridge and made a report which said " Gas blockage,deforest element/ sensor faculty". NOTES " both the power supply and main control boards working 100%. There is a blockage within the circulating system and we found that the defrost sensor/ element is faulty which is allowing a build up of ice in the freezer section which is blocking the cold air from circulating". My home contents covers- under this section you may claim for items ****** or damaged. This section covers for any loss, damaged caused by break in, theft,fire lightning, power surge, explosion and malicious damage. With their report it's came to conclusion of rejecting the claim of the fridge but they will payout for the food damage. I need help with regards to my rejection of claim policy no.***-2
