claim ot attended

i made a claim on the 4th of march and the consultant that was helping me lindiwe registered a cliam online and told me the consultant for claims will call me to finalise my claim and till today noone has contacted me and i tried calling the direct number tht she gae me with no luck of getting them and they dont even bother to call me and find out what is going on bt they nevr forget to debit my account month end
