claim not settled
In December 2013 I claimed for hail damage which was never paid, I did few follow ups but to no luck, until I repair my car as its the my only better mode of transport. One day I phoned insurance to update my details after which I received updated documents only to find that of the claims I made in the past 2 years there is a hail damage claim of 24 000.00.I wish to know where the claim was made, as I've never received anything for that claim or ever been referred to any garage to repair my car.I'
