Claim not processed
I have a comprehensive car insurance and also a trye and ream cover with first for women, in March 2015 i felt into a pothole and the two tryes and a ream were damaged. I launched a claim and submitted all the paperwork required on 28th March 2015. But even today I never got help from them they keep transferring me from one consulted to the other. i ended up repairing my car tryes and ream on my own. This makes me wonder that if im in an accident will i ever find help from these people. when advertising they promise all these good service but once you with them you get NO SERVICE. if anyone knows a good insurance company that keeps their promises please let me know.
