Claim not finalized since 30 November.

I wrote a review on 1st for Women on the 10th of November and I am still struggling to get this claim sorted out. On Sunday 29 October, a hail storm damaged most of our belongings. Up to date, they paid out partially on the 10 of November, then they paid out the Television on 15 January. They still owe us for our radio? We took our Ford Ranger through to Johannesburg on 26 January and we are still waiting for authorization. If I do not phone, no feedback is given, and even if I phone nothing happens. I phoned on the 6th of Feb and 1st for women said that the request was sent through and that Grand Tech Auto should receive it on the day. I spoke with Cara from Grand Tech now and they have also been requesting authorization without success. I am only asking for authorization to complete the work on the Ranger and to please pay out the money for the radio. I have been in contact with Sphiwe Dlamini.
