Claim not attended to

They have been promising to calling me back with no calls coming from them, They assigned my car to a Panel Beater of their choice, regardless of me not wanting my car to be fixed there as they were not BMW approved, the passanger door is a mess, two shades if different paints, door not properly aligned had to take it back for alignment but issue still persist, rubbers on the inside are not glued hanging loose, Gear Lever LED lights no longer working, the boot was not fixed, one of the sensors is still loose, Ive been calling this insurer to no assistance
