Claim nightmare
When you are involved in a car accident the last thing you need is not being helped and given wrong information. I'm injured and my car is ruined and I've taken from pillar to post. First for women is definitely not 1st for this woman. This is my second claim and again a nightmare. I've never missed a payment ever. The assossers gave me instructions not to drive this car and now my insurance that is supposed to be 1st for me is telling me I have to drive it. The panel beater is available 2 weeks from now and my rental car for 30 days, is it my fault. I need a car hire for the duration I don't have the car or can't drive. During the claim I was informed other information now I'm basically stuck with a car for 2 weeks that I can't drive. Please for umbuntu sake can I just be assisted without drama. I'm injured and expected to drive a car that I can't even sit properly in, I am pleading for first for women to be first for me as their client that always pays
