Claim left without feedback

I am utterly appalled by the level of incompetency from the First for Women consultants. How they are all ***** even though they claim their calls are recorded. I am still waiting for an assessor to call me to bring in my car for a physical assessment for an accident that happened on the 19th June 2020. If you are looking for an insurance company to bother with these ******
