Claim in review for months
I've submitted a claim on 23 May 2023, it's still 'in review'... When I request a call back but nobody phones me, when I phone them they tell me that they will ask my dedicated adviser(Goodness Mathebula) to give me a call within 24 hours, I've never once spoken to her.
This is absolutely terrible service, definitely switching to another insurance.
