Claim free service

<p>On the 19th Novemeber 2016, i had an accident. The claim was lodged the next Monday 21st and the assesment process was carried through and Thursady 24th i was advised that my car will be written off. From thereon, i was assigned an Assesor who will be helping me about my claim. Paperwork were sent to the Assesor and on the 02nd Friday Decemeber 2016 i met with the Assesor to show him the scene of the accident and several papers were also completed to expedite the process. A week past and the next week of the 12th Monday, i was advised that my claim will be settled, which was finally processed on the 15th Thursday. The amount of R405 405.00 wa paid to my finance house for the value of the car. What i learned from this experience is to ensure that in order for your claim to be attended to the end you need to make yourself available at all times, documentations ready and completed on time when requested and ensure that you are honest as far as your claim is corncerned.
