Claim for ****** iterms

I had reported a case where my valuables were ****** in October last year . The case couldn't be close cause I needed to submit receipts but another incident happen where I landed in hospital .He still called me to find out how I was holding up and he listened ,he was a perfect stranger that I felt God send to help me know it will be ok .He made a way for time to be extended for me to retrieve my proof of purchases until I received them and he would call afterward to tell me how he is with the process and also he never started a conversation without asking how I'm holding up .Thank you so much and God bless you and your wife and your beautiful family .You were beyond excellent ...Amazing services and one of the best consultant I've ever interacted with ,who knows how to put himself in other peoples shoes and still remain professional .
