Claim dispute

There was burglary in my house, first for women refused to pay. I lodged a dispute through my lawyer and they agreed and promised to pay. It has been months since they promised. My lawyer tried several times to but they never return nor acknowledge the email. I also tried on my side to call their claims department in vain. I am always told that they will call me back but they never do. Hello Peter kindly assist
