Claim declined

Wow 1st for women rejected my claim for keys while on the policy wording under house contents the said the cover keys only to find out not car keys, why didn’t you specify while I was taking insurance coz my house keys and car keys the on the same key holder.., I’m not happy why didn’t you guys said you cover house keys instead of writing keys so we have to think on your behalf now wow I’m very disappointed yooooh!
