Claim declined

I have insured my laptop for over 7 years with them, this was for damaged, lost or ******. This year I claimed after my laptop got damaged. Suddenly there are items that are insured in my laptop not generally the laptop. After 7 years of paying for without even a single default. Iam so ****ed. I’m done with them. I’m moving my insurance for my house, car and household to a better insurer
