Claim completed without hassles

On 17 December I lodged a claim after a theft. Even though it was the holiday season with public holidays and general feeling of no work, my claim was paid out on 6 January. Cobus kept me up to date with the progress of claim and also assisted with my phone calls of concerns that I had. Great job, well done
