CLAIM APPROVED AND CANCELLED
I had a claim logged in April( 412680 )wich was then authorised to go to RENEW IT greenstone, due to contractig covid and a lot of financial constraits i was unable to take the car, on the 18/11/2022 i logged another claim(***1) which was again approved and to be sent to Renew it in Greenstone, i though let me call and get advise on getting the both accidents repaited at one Go, and i am told the first claim has been closed because it been over 30 days.I need to take car in to get both scratches sorted out. PLEASE HELP.............
