Claim
Hi, I was involved in an accident on the N1 towards polokwane,I hit torn tyre in the middle of the road my car bumper got slightly damaged. My claim is taking forever to be finalized. One of your consultant told me they wanted to check if I had comprehensive cover on previous insurance before finalizing my claim. Why is that ? Really ? .When i joined 1st for women insurance no one explained to be that if i am not on comprehensive cover the process of claiming will take long. Should i have known was never gonna join this insurance. Very disappointed...
