Claim

I was in a car accident on the 7th December 2015, A month later claim still not close enough to being sorted, I keep getting told that they are trying to get a hold of the traffic department to confirm accident and third party details. I have to be the one following up requesting on updates, e - mails sent on the 6/8 and 11th January totally ignored and no feedback. This service is quite disappointing and pathetic.
