Claim

I was involved in an accident on the 29th of October at 22h25 pm. The tracking company gave me a call emmidiately to ask if there was anyone around to assist. They arranged for a tow truck to come to the scene. Before the truck could arrive the police were on the scene. I was then taken to the police station to complete an accident report form. I then called first for women insurance to log a claim the next day. Since I made a claim I've been receiving calls from a mr Dirk Human (senior loss adjuster) who wants to know where I was travelling from and where I was going at that time. What I don't understand is what does my personal life have to do with First for women insurance. He also insisted that i must send him names of all witnesses that were on the scene, my partner's name and contact details and the AR form including the investigating officer's name and details because he doesn't believe that I was the driver that night. I had no idea I have to report to anyone when I had to drive my car that I'm paying insurance every month for. If my car has been written off, they need to inform me so I can pay access and get my car replaced. The same Dirk sent me a Telesure permission form to fill in an return to him with the names and contact details of relatives and of my partner's . How do I handle this situation?
