Cheated into a contract by 1st for Woman

<p>Be aware! A few months ago I phoned 1st for Woman for an insurance quote. They took down my details over the phone and worked out my payment. I told the person on the phone I would like to discuss the quote with my husband first and then I will come back to them. We decided not to accept the quote. A lady phoned me a week later and asked me if I am still going to make my first payment on 2 December 2016. I was very surprised as I did not say to anybody I accept the quote. I told her we decided not to accept the quote and she acknowledged that. All of a sudden on 2 December 2016 money was deducted from my account by 1st for Woman.</p> <p>This is where I was cheated into a contract. I did not accept any quote over the phone OR signed off any quote. I thought legally you need to sign something before it is accepted. As I did not give my consent I feel this contract is ******* and I must be refunded the money they deducted from my account.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
